KOGENERACJA S.A. is licensed by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office (URE) to engage in the business of heat and power generation, heat transmission and distribution, and power trading and distribution.
In its settlements with the energy buyers, the Company uses the prices set in the tariffs

On 15 October 2020 a decision was issued, signature: OWR.4211.20.2020.1276.VIII.AM, approving electricity tariff regarding the distribution of electricity. New tariffs became effective from 1 November 2020 for the time of 12 months.
